Personal attention is given to every student. Himanshu Sir and Viraj Sir are superb teachers — they focus on technical as well as practical knowledge. A friendly, cooperative environment.
From graphic design and motion graphics to AI tools and content creation, every module was taught with hands-on projects. Today I am working as a Motion Graphics Designer and applying what I learned at FTP every day.
The on-field live shoots and the focus on a professional portfolio helped me land my first paid fashion assignment within two months of completing the course.
Batches are small, so personal attention is given to every student. Many outdoor and real-world sessions are conducted, and there is a dedicated in-house studio for fashion and product photography.

Where is FTP Institute?

Which course suits a complete beginner?
The Certificate Course in Basic Photography (Level 1). If you want to make video content, the 2-month Vlogger & Content Creator Course.
How much are the fees?
Fees depend on the course, batch and any running offer, so they are shared one-to-one. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp +91 93212 28811 and a counsellor will reply with fees and dates.
Do you offer weekend batches?
Yes. The Fashion Photography course runs on Saturday and Sunday, Basic Photography has weekend batches, and part-time weekend programmes are available.
Are classes online or offline?
Most programmes are offered both offline at the Goregaon campus and online. Shoots happen in the studio and on location.
Is the certificate recognised?
The two 1-year programmes carry a UGC approved certificate. Short courses carry an FTP Institute certificate.
Do you help with jobs?
Yes — 100% placement assistance plus internships with event, media and production agencies. Recent openings shared with students include CaratLane (₹20–25k/month) and Kidzography (₹20–28k/month). Placement is supported, not guaranteed.
Do I need my own camera?
Studio gear is provided for teaching. Having your own DSLR or mirrorless camera helps you practise; ask the counsellor before you buy.
